Creamed Maine Potatoes

Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cream (Very Warm)
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
  • 4 Cups Cooked Maine Potatoes (Sliced)
  • Paprika
Instructions
    Melt butter.

    Add flour and cook for two minutes. Add seasonings.

    Slowly add very warm cream, stirring constantly until smooth and thick.

    Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
  4. 4
    Pour mixture over potatoes, mixing well.
  5. 5
    Put into greased baking casserole. Sprinkle top with additional cheese and then paprika.
