Wash potatoes, do not peel, and cut each into 1/8” wedges. Place wedges slightly overlapping in a single layer in a greased 13x9” pan.

Combine the remaining ingredients and brush ½ of the oil mixture over the potatoes.

Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining oil mixture.
