Maine potatoes, peeled, boiled and drained
(peeled, boiled and drained)

eggs
(beaten)

butter

cup
Velveeta cheese
(grated)

cup
Romano cheese
(grated)

parsley

teaspoon
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whip with electric mixer until smooth.

Transfer to buttered 1 ½ quart baking dish.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
